Hadith 22055
٢٢٠٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن قال: كان يكره (بيع) (١) ما (يقدر) (٢) على قسمته حتى يقسم، فإذا كان شيء لا يقدر على قسمته فلا بأس به.
Hasan considered it disliked to sell something before its division if its division could be estimated, and if its division could not be estimated, then there was no harm in selling it before division.
