٢٢٠٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل (تكون) (١) عليه الرقبة الواجبة فيشتريها: فلا يشترط أنه يشتريها للعتق.
Ibrahim says that if it was obligatory for a man to free a slave, and then he bought a slave, he should not stipulate the condition of freeing him at the time of purchase.
