٢٢٠٤٨ - وعن (ابن) (١) أبي خالد عن الشعبي قالا: إذا اشتراها واشترط عتقها: كانا لا (يريانها) (٢) سليمة.
22048 - From (Ibn) (1) Abi Khalid, from al-Sha'bi, they said: If he buys her and stipulates her emancipation, they did not (consider her) (2) sound.
