٢٢٠٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن الشيباني (عن الشعبي) (١) أنه كان يقول في رجل كانت عليه رقبة فاشتراها و (اشترط) (٢) عليه أن يعتقها، قال: فكره ذلك وقال: ليست بتامة.
Hazrat Sha'bi used to say that if a man was obliged to free a slave, and he bought a slave with the condition of freeing him at the time of purchase, then this is disliked and this transaction is not complete.
