٢٢٠٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا حسن بن صالح عن ابن أبي ليلى في الرجل يتزوج (المرأة) (١) على الدار، قال: يأخذها الشفيع بقيمة الدار.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Layla states that if a man marries a woman in exchange for a house, then the pre-emptor can take the price of the house.
