Hadith 22028
٢٢٠٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن الشيباني عن الشعبي في الرجل يشتري الدار فيبنيها ثم يجيء الشفيع، قال: (يأخذها) (١) ببنيانها أو (بقيمتها) (٢).
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a person, after buying a house, constructs a building on it and then the person entitled to pre-emption comes, he will either take it along with the building or pay its price. Hazrat Hammad says that he can demolish the building and take it.
