٢١٨٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في امرأة أعتقت جارية لها عن دبر فولدت بعد ذلك (أولادًا) (١): هم بمنزلة أمهم إذا (عتقت) (٢) عتقوا.
Hazrat Ata says that a woman freed her mudabbirah slave-girl. After that, the slave-girl had children, so those children will be under the command of their mother; they will be freed upon her emancipation.
