٢١٨٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد (قالا) (١): ولد المدبرة بمنزلتها.
Hasan and Muhammad state that the ruling for the children of a mudabbara slave woman is the same as that of their mother; as long as she is a slave, they are slaves, and upon her emancipation, they become free.
