٢١٨٦٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن قال: كان يقول: ولد المعتقة عن دبر بمنزلتها، (هم) (١) وأمهم من الثلث.
Hasan says that the ruling for the children of a mudabbara slave woman is the same as that of their mother. They and their mother will be included in the one-third.
