Hadith 21864
٢١٨٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة و (ابن المسيب) (١) عن ⦗٤١٢⦘ عبيد اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: ولد المعتقة عن دبر منها: يرقون برقها ويعتقون بعتقها (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the ruling for the children of a mudabbara slave-woman is the same as that of their mother; as long as she is a slave, they will be slaves, and upon her freedom, they will become free.
