٢١٨٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن علي بن مبارك عن يحيى عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: (حد) (١) المكاتب حد المملوك (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the legal punishment for a mukatab and a slave is the same.
