Hadith 21768
٢١٧٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل وجد أمته عند رجل اشتراها وقد ولدت منه، قال: (يأخذها) (١) ويأخذ قيمة الولد من أبيهم ويهضم (عنه) (٢) من القيمة (شيئًا) (٣).
Ibrahim says that if a man saw his slave-girl with another man, that man bought his slave-girl and had children from her, then he (the original owner) will take back the slave-girl and will take the price of the children from the father of the children.
