٢١٧٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن أبي زائدة عن يحيى بن سعيد عن نافع قال: كان ابن عمر إذا سئل عن الرجل يبتاع من الرجل شيئا إلى أجل وليس عنده أصله، لا يرى به بأسا (١)،
Hazrat Nafi' narrates that when Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) was asked about a man making a transaction with another man for a certain period regarding something, even though the original item is not present with the people, what is the ruling on this? He would say that there is no harm in it. Yahya narrates that Hazrat Sa'id bin Musayyib considered it disliked.
