Hadith 21637
٢١٦٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن أبي (معبد) (١) قال: سمعت جابر بن زيد سئل عن رجل ابتاع (دارًا) (٢) (أو) (٣) عقارا، فأراد أن يقيله، فأبى، فترك له عشرة (دراهم) (٤) أو عشرين درهما فأقاله، قال: لا بأس بذلك.
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid was asked that a man bought a shop or land, then he wants to annul the sale but the seller is not agreeable, then he leaves ten or twenty dirhams for the seller—what is the ruling on this? He replied that there is no harm in it.
