Hadith 21536
٢١٥٣٦ - حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن ابن عباس قال: (إذا) (١) مررت بنخل أو نحوه وقد أحيط عليه حائط فلا (تدخله) (٢) إلا بإذن صاحبه، وإذا مررت به في فضاء الأرض فكل ولا (تحمل) (٣) (٤).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says that if you pass by dates or similar things that have a fence around them, do not enter them without the owner's permission, and when you pass by an open garden, eat from it but do not take anything with you.
