٢١٤٩٦ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن حجاج عن عطاء عن ابن عباس قال: لا تجوز شهادة العبد (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) states that the testimony of a slave is not acceptable.
