Hadith 21448
٢١٤٤٨ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن مجاهد قال: كنت مع ابن عمر أمشي في السوق فإذا نحن بناس من (النخاسين) (١) قد اجتمعوا على جارية (يقلبونها) (٢)، فلما ⦗٣١٠⦘ رأوا (ابن عمر) (٣) تنحوا و (قالوا) (٤): ابن عمر قد جاء، فدنا منها ابن عمر فلمس شيئا من (جسدها) (٥) (و) (٦) (قال: أين) (٧) أصحاب هذه الجارية، (إنما) (٨) هي سلعة (٩).
Hazrat Mujahid narrates that I was passing through a slave market with Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them). There, some people were standing by a slave girl and kissing her. When they saw Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), they stepped back and said, "Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) has come." Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) went to the slave girl and touched her, then said, "Where is the owner of this slave girl? She is merely a commodity."
