Hadith 21384
٢١٣٨٤ - حدثنا حفص عن أشعث، عن الحكم وحماد، عن إبراهيم قال: كانوا يكرهون أن يشترطوا على المكاتب ما يضر به: أن لا يخرج من المصر ولا يتزوج.
Ibrahim states that the predecessors considered it disliked to impose such conditions on a mukatab that would cause him harm, such as not allowing him to leave the city or not allowing him to marry.
