Hadith 21350
٢١٣٥٠ - حدثنا (ابن مبارك) (١) عن الأوزاعي عن عطاء عن ابن عباس أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يكاتب الرجلُ مملوكه على الوصفاء (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that there is no harm in making the slave of a servant a mukatab (contracted for freedom).
