Hadith 21266
٢١٢٦٦ - حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن سوأدة بن (حيان) (١) قال: سمعت محمد بن سيرين وسئل عن رجلين اشترى أحدهما طعاما و (الآخر) (٢) (معه) (٣) فقال: قد شهدت البيع والقبض، فقال: خذ مني ربحا و (أعطنيه) (٤) قال: لا، حتى يجري فيه الصاعان، فيكون (له) (٥) زيادته وعليه نقصانه.
Hazrat Muhammad bin Sirin was asked that a man bought food, another was with him who says that he saw the sale and possession, then he wants to buy that thing with profit, so should he buy it at the same measure? He replied that before selling it a second time, it is necessary to measure it again so that any increase or decrease may be known.
