Hadith 21263
٢١٢٦٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن كهمس بن الحسن عن ميمون (القناد) (١) قال: قلت لسعيد بن المسيب: الرجل يشتري (الهاشمية) (٢) وأنا أنظر إلى وزنها أشتريها بوزنها؟ قال: كان يقال: ذلك الربا (خالط) (٣) الكيل والوزن.
Hazrat Maymun Qanad says that I asked Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib: A man sells an animal, and I see him weighing it, so can I buy it according to that weight? He replied: It was said that this is the usury which is mixed with measure and weight.
