الرجل يل فع إلى الخياط الثوب فيقطعهRuling if a Man Gives Cloth to a Tailor and the Tailor Cuts It
Hadith 21258
٢١٢٥٨ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن محمد في الرجل يدفع (إلى) (١) (الرجل) (٢) الثوب فيؤاجره بأقل، قال: لا بأس به (إذا) (٣) عمل فيه وقطعه، قال: (يستأذنه) (٤) أحب إلي.
Muhammad says that if a person gives cloth to another and the wage is less than the price of the cloth, then if he has worked on it and cut the cloth, there is no harm in it; however, it is better to seek permission.
