الرجل يل فع إلى الخياط الثوب فيقطعهRuling if a Man Gives Cloth to a Tailor and the Tailor Cuts It
Hadith 21257
٢١٢٥٧ - حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن أبي (خلدة) (١) قال: سألت عكرمة وأبا العالية فقلت: إني رجل خياط (أ) (٢) قطع الثوب و (أواجره) (٣) (بأقل) (٤) ⦗٢٦٥⦘ مما آخذه (به) (٥) قالا: تعمل فيه شيئًا؟ قلت: نعم! أقطعه وأضمه (قالا) (٦): لا بأس.
Hazrat Abu Nazrah says that I asked Hazrat Ikrimah and Hazrat Abu Al-Aliyah that I am a tailor and I sew clothes. The amount I take from it, I fix a lesser wage than that. Is it correct to do so? They asked, "Do you do any work in it?" I said, "Yes, I cut and sew it." They said, "There is no harm in it."
