Hadith 21167
٢١١٦٧ - حدثنا إسماعيل عن أبي بكر بن عبد اللَّه عن مكحول رفعه قال: إذا اشترى الرجل (الشيء) (١) (ولم) (٢) ينظر إليه غائبًا عنه فهو بالخيار إذ انظر إليه؛ إن شاء أخذ (وإن) (٣) شاء ترك (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hool that the Prophet ﷺ said: When a person buys something in such a way that he has not seen it and the item is absent from him, then after seeing it, he has the choice to take it if he wishes, and if he wishes, he may leave it.
