قوله (تعالى): ﴿متاعا لكم وللسيارة﴾Allah’s Statement: "They are a means of provision and transport for you and for travelers" (Surah An-Nahl: 80)
Hadith 20941
٢٠٩٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن حميد بن صخر عن محمد بن كعب القرظي عن ابن عباس في قوله: ﴿أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ وَطَعَامُهُ. . .﴾ [المائدة: ٩٦] ما ألقى البحر على ظهره ميتا (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), in the explanation of the verse of the Holy Qur'an { أحِلَّ لَکُمْ صَیْدُ الْبَحْرِ وَطَعَامُہُ }, says that it refers to the fish which the sea throws out in a dead state.
