٢٠٩٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة عن ابن أبي عروبة عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم أنه كره من السمك ما يموت في الماء، إلا أن يتخذ الرجل (حظيرة) (١) فما دخل فيها فمات فلم ير (بأكله) (٢) بأسًا.
Ibrahim considered the fish that dies in the sea to be disliked, and said that if a fish gets caught in a man's net and dies, then it is permissible.
