Hadith 20660
٢٠٦٦٠ - حدثنا خالد بن مخلد عن عبد الرحمن بن عبد العزيز نا الزهري عن عبد الرحمن بن كعب بن مالك عن أبيه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "ليس جريح (يجرح) (١) في (٢) اللَّه إلا جاء (جرحه) (٣) يوم القيامة يدمي: لونه لون الدم، وريحه ريح المسك، قدموا أكثر القوم قرآنا (فاجعلوه) (٤) في (اللحد) (٥) " (٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is wounded in the path of Allah, when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, blood will be flowing from his wound. The color of the blood will be red, but its fragrance will be like musk. Let the one who knows more of the Qur'an go ahead and lower him into the grave.
