Hadith 20525
٢٠٥٢٥ - حدثنا ابن نمير (عن سفيان) (١) عن (السمي) (٢) عن النعمان بن أبي عياش عن (أبي) (٣) سعيد الخدري قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا يصوم عبد يومًا في ⦗٤٠⦘ سبيل اللَّه إلا باعد اللَّه بذلك اليوم عن وجهه النار سبعين (خريفا) (٤) " (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a person fasts in the way of Allah, because of this, seventy autumns (years) distance is placed between him and Hell.
