ما ذكر في فضل الجهاد والحث (عليه)Virtue of Jihad and Encouragement for It
Hadith 20511
٢٠٥١١ - حدثنا زيد بن (الحباب) (١) نا رجاء بن أبي سلمة نا سليمان بن موسى الدمشقي أنه سمع (سهل) (٢) بن عجلان يقول في قوله تعالى: ﴿الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً﴾، قال: على الخيل في سبيل اللَّه، قال: ثم ذكر من ربط فرسًا في سبيل اللَّه -لم (يربطه) (٣) رياء ولا سمعة- كان من الذين ينفقون أموالهم بالليل والنهار.
Hazrat Sahl bin Ajlan Bahili, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding the verse of the Holy Qur'an: { الَّذِینَ یُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَہُمْ بِاللَّیْلِ وَالنَّہَارِ سِرًّا وَعَلاَنِیَۃً }, says that it means spending on horses in the way of Allah. Then he said that whoever ties a horse in the way of Allah and there is no element of show or desire for fame in it, then he will be among those who spend their wealth day and night in the way of Allah.
