Hadith 20487
٢٠٤٨٧ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن حسان (بن) (١) عطية عن (فروة) (٢) (اللخمي) (٣) قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "أيما سرية خرجت فرجعت وقد (أخفقت) (٤) فلها أجرها مرتين" (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Farrah Lakhmi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a group sets out in the way of Allah and returns without any spoils of war, then for them there is a double reward.
