Hadith 20480
٢٠٤٨٠ - حدثنا وكيع نا سفيان عن زيد العمي عن أبي إياس معاوية بن قرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لكل أمة رهبانية ورهبانية هذه الأمة الجهاد في سبيل اللَّه" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Iyas Muawiyah bin Qurrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every nation has its own form of monasticism, and the monasticism of my nation is striving in the path of Allah.
