Hadith 18583
١٨٥٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت حمادًا عن رجل زوج ابنته ثم مات الزوج ولم تعلم الابنة بذلك فقال: لا ترث.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a man married off his daughter and then the husband died but the daughter was not aware of it, what is the ruling? He replied that she will not be an heir. And I asked Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him), so he replied that she will be an heir.
