١٨٤٩٢ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا أقر الرجل بولده فليس له أن ينفيه على حال.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once a person has acknowledged the child, he cannot deny it under any circumstances thereafter.
