Hadith 18475
١٨٤٧٥ - حدثنا محمد بن يزيد (١) عن (٢) (أيوب) (٣) (٤) أبي (العلاء) (٥) عن منصور عن الحسن قال: عليه (المهر) (٦) كاملًا إن (شاءت) (٧) أخذته، وإن شاءت تركته.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says in such a situation that the full dowry will be obligatory upon the man; the woman may take it if she wishes, and if she wishes, she may leave it.
