١٨٤٥٣ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الشيباني عن الشعبي قال: البينة على أهل الصداق أولياء المرأة وعلى أهل الرجل المخرج من ذلك.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the testimony will be upon the guardians of the woman, that is, her wali, and for the man, it will be taken from his family.
