Hadith 18383
١٨٣٨٣ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن حجاج عن الحكم عن إبراهيم أن امرأة افتضت جارية (بإصبعها) (١) (و) (٢) قالت: إنها زنت (٣) فرفعت إلى علي ⦗٥٦٩⦘ (فغرمها) (٤) (العقر) (٥) وضربها ثمانين لقذفها إياها (٦).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that a woman destroyed a girl's hymen with her finger and claimed that she had committed adultery. This case was brought before Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said that the woman would have to pay compensation for destroying the hymen and would receive eighty lashes for the false accusation.
