Hadith 18376
١٨٣٧٦ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: لما فتحت (تستر) (١) أصاب أبو موسى سبايا فكتب إليه عمر أن لا يقع أحد على امرأة (حبلى) (٢) حتى تضع و (لا) (٣) (يشاركوا) (٤) (المشركين) (٥) في أولادهم فإن الماء تمام الولد (٦).
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that when Tustar was conquered, some slave women came into the possession of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him). Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote him a letter with this order: No person should have intercourse with any woman before she gives birth; do not become partners in the offspring of the polytheists, for the water (semen) completes the child.
