Hadith 18371
١٨٣٧١ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن محمد بن (١) إسحاق عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن أبي مرزوق (مولى تجيب) (٢) قال: غزونا مع (رويفع) (٣) بن ثابت الأنصاري نحو المغرب ففتحنا قرية يقال لها (جربة) (٤) قال: فقام فينا (خطيبًا) (٥) فقال: إني لا أقول فيكم إلا ما سمعت (من) (٦) رسول اللَّه ﷺ (قال) (٧) فينا ⦗٥٦٣⦘ يوم خيبر (قال) (٨): "من كان يؤمن باللَّه واليوم الآخر فلا (يسقين) (٩) ماءه زرع غيره" (١٠).
Hazrat Abu Marzuq, may Allah have mercy on him, the freed slave of Tujib, says that we fought towards the west with Hazrat Ruwaifi’ bin Thabit Ansari, may Allah be pleased with him. We conquered a village named Jarbah, so Hazrat Ruwaifi’, may Allah be pleased with him, addressed us and said: I will tell you something which I heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. On the day of the conquest of Khaybar, he said: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not irrigate someone else’s crop with his water.
