Hadith 18334
١٨٣٣٤ - حدثنا أبو (داود) (١) عن خليفة بن غالب قال: سألت (نافعًا) (٢) عنه فقال: هو جائز وترثه وتأخذ صداقها.
Hazrat Khalifah bin Ghalib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) about marriage during the illness of death, so he replied that it is permissible. She will also be an heir and will also receive the dowry.
