في الرجل يتزوج وهو مريض، أيجوز؟Is It Permissible to Marry During Terminal Illness?
Hadith 18330
١٨٣٣٠ - حدثنا أبو داود عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن الحسن (في) (١) (الرجل) (٢) يتزوج وهو مريض قال: إن كان مضارًا لم يجز، وإن كان إنما تزوجها (لتقوم) (٣) عليه (فهو) (٤) جائز.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person, during his terminal illness, marries with the intention of harming the heirs, then this is not permissible; but if he marries for the purpose of service, then it is permissible.
