Hadith 18200
١٨٢٠٠ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن حماد بن سلمة عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد ابن المسيب (في الرجل) (١) يكاتب (امرأته) (٢) ويشترط عليها في المكاتبة أن يطأها قال: لا بأس به، له شرطه وله أن يطأها.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man makes his slave-girl a mukatabah (contracted for emancipation) on the condition that he will continue to have intercourse with her, then there is no harm in it; the condition will remain valid and he can have intercourse with her.
