١٨١٩٩ - حدثنا ابن إدريس قال: كان ابن أبي ليلى يقول: تعود المكاتبة فتكون أم (ولد) (١) يعني إذا وطئها فولدت.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Layla (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a slave woman under a contract of manumission is had intercourse with and she bears a child, then she will become an umm walad (mother of a child).
