ما قالوا في المرأة أو الرجل يحل لرجل جاريته، يطأها؟Can a Man or Woman Permit Another Man to Have Intercourse with Their Slave Woman?
Hadith 18193
١٨١٩٣ - حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن عن مطرف عن رجل عن إبراهيم في امرأة أحلت لرجل جاريتها فولدت منه فقال إبراهيم: هذا فرج أتاه (بجهالة) (١) فألحق به الولد وادفع إلى هذه وليدتها.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a woman makes her slave-girl lawful for her husband and the slave-girl gives birth to a child from this intercourse, then this is a private part that has been approached due to ignorance. The child will belong to the man, and the slave-girl, as an umm walad, will be returned to her mistress.
