Hadith 18187
١٨١٨٧ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن محمد بن عجلان عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: لا يحل فرج إلا بملك أو نكاح (١) إن طلق جاز (وإن أعتق) (٢) جاز وإن وهب جاز (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the permissibility of the private parts is established through complete ownership or marriage, so that if he wishes, he may divorce, if he wishes, he may set free, and if he wishes, he may give as a gift.
