ما قالوا في المرأة أو الرجل يحل لرجل جاريته، يطأها؟Can a Man or Woman Permit Another Man to Have Intercourse with Their Slave Woman?
Hadith 18186
١٨١٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر (قال) (١): نا عباد بن العوام عن صخر بن جويرية عن نافع (أن) (٢) ابن عمر سئل عن امرأة أحلت جاريتها لزوجها فقال ابن عمر: لا أدري، لعل هذا لو كان على عهد عمر لرجمه، إنها لا تحل لك جارية إلا جارية إن ⦗٥١٦⦘ شئت بعتها، وإن شئت أعتقتها، وإن شئت وهبتها، وإن شئت أنكحتها من شئت (٣).
Hazrat Nafi’ (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked whether a woman can make her slave-girl lawful for her husband. He replied, “I do not know, but if it were the time of Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), he would have ordered her to be stoned. Only that slave-girl is lawful for you whom you can sell at your own will, free at your own will, gift if you wish, and marry if you wish.”
