Hadith 18148
١٨١٤٨ - حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: لها الصداق كاملًا ولها الميراث وعليها العدة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man marries a woman and then, before consummation, divorces her while in a state of illness, she will receive the full dowry, inheritance, and the waiting period (iddah) will also be obligatory.
