Hadith 18146
١٨١٤٦ - حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن (١) سعيد عن قتادة عن جابر (بن) (٢) زيد أنه قال: لها الصداق كاملًا ولا ميراث لها ولا عدة عليها.
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man marries a woman and then, before consummation, divorces her while in a state of illness, she will receive the full dowry, will not receive inheritance, and the waiting period (iddah) will not be obligatory.
