Hadith 18145
١٨١٤٥ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري أنه كان يقول: إذا طلقها قبل أن يدخل بها وهو مريض فإنها لا ترثه ولا عدة عليها ولها نصف الصداق.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man marries a woman and then, before consummation, divorces her while in a state of illness, then that woman will not be an heir, there will be no waiting period (iddah) for her, and she will receive half of the dowry (mahr).
