Hadith 18142
١٨١٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (نا) (١) إسماعيل بن عياش عن عطاء الخرساني عن (عمر) (٢) بن عبد العزيز قال: لها نصف الصداق ولا ميراث لها ولا عدة (عليها) (٣).
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man marries a woman and then divorces her in a state of illness before consummation, she will receive half the dowry, will not receive inheritance, and the waiting period (iddah) will not be obligatory upon her.
