Hadith 18131
١٨١٣١ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن سالم عن الشعبي قال: لها الصداق.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dower.
